Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the StackLive website and its public API. Plain language on purpose: if something is unclear, the plainer reading wins.
StackLive is software. It helps you build Solana transactions that launch pump.fun coins whose creator fees are split to streamer vaults, and it helps streamers claim from those vaults. The vaults are controlled by an on-chain program, not by us. We never hold your funds, never take custody of fees, and cannot reverse, freeze or redirect a transaction once it is on-chain.
You sign every transaction with your own wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and the transactions you approve. We will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
- You must be at least 18 years old to launch a coin or claim fees.
- You must not be subject to sanctions or located where using this service would be unlawful.
- You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live.
- Launches are irreversible. You choose the streamer share of creator fees (10% to 90% in 5% steps, 50% by default). The protocol treasury receives a fixed 10% and your launching wallet receives the remainder. The split is locked in pump.fun's fee-sharing config and cannot be changed by you, the streamer or us.
- The launcher share is a share of trading fees on a coin you launched, paid only while the coin trades. It is not a salary, a return on investment or a promise of income, and nothing on this site is investment advice. Any SOL you spend on a launch or a first buy is yours to lose.
- You must not impersonate a streamer or imply their endorsement. The coin description must keep the attribution line, including “Not affiliated with or endorsed by the streamer”. Names or tickers suggesting an official or verified coin are not allowed.
- You must not launch for a streamer who has opted out. The site blocks this, and you must not work around it.
- pump.fun's own terms apply to the coin and its trading. We do not operate pump.fun.
- Only the owner of the Twitch or Kick account, or of the pump.fun profile (the wallet that owns it), linked to a vault may claim from it or bind its payout address. Logging in to an account, or signing for a profile, that is not yours is prohibited.
- Your first claim binds a payout wallet. Changing it takes a 72-hour delay. Check the address; transfers to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
- You pay the Solana network fee. We charge nothing to claim.
- We may refuse to issue an attestation to protect a vault, for example after suspected account compromise or a sanctions match. Refusal never moves or confiscates funds; they remain in the vault.
A streamer can hide coins that name them or opt out entirely at /legal/opt-out. We honour these requests on our website and in launches we build. We cannot change what is already on-chain, and fees already sent to a vault stay claimable by the streamer.
- Impersonation, false endorsement, harassment, or launching coins designed to mislead buyers.
- Attempting to obtain an attestation for an account you do not own, or to exploit the program or our servers.
- Scraping or bulk-exporting platform profile data through our site or API.
- Market manipulation, wash trading, or any use that breaks the law where you are.
Until the on-chain program is deployed, vaults, balances, distributions, claims, coins, streamers and leaderboards shown on the site are simulated and marked DEMO. They have no value and create no obligation. Data marked LIVE DATA is read from Solana mainnet or public market APIs.
Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Coins launched through StackLive are launched by third parties, are highly volatile and can go to zero. Do your own research.
The service relies on Solana, pump.fun (including its public, undocumented profile and livestream endpoints), Twitch, Kick, wallet software, RPC providers and market-data APIs. Their outages, rule changes or actions (for example a pump.fun community-takeover reset of a sharing config) are outside our control.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Smart contracts and software can have bugs. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from transactions you sign, market movements, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We will update these terms as the product moves from DEMO to devnet and mainnet. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
A contact address for legal questions is coming soon. Streamers can use the opt-out page at any time.
